A'Ghairbhe - easy whitewater in the northwest near Kinlochewe.
River Ewe - a large river draining Loch Maree in the far northwest.
River Foyers the Falls of Foyers.
River Moriston - Middle Section - an easy section between two impressive sets of falls

Intermediate / Advanced Whitewater

Title
Abhainn Mhor - waterfalls at Elphin. (photos)
Allt Breinach - a short addition to a trip on the Fechlin. (photos)
Allt Rugaidh Mhor - Some short slabby grade 4 to add to a bash down the Oykel
Black water (Brora) - a good grade 3/4 day out in a remote part of the country
Burn of Voxter - another Shetland spate run.
Channerwick Burn - They don't get any further north than Shetland! (photos)
Corriemulzie River - an excellent but rarely paddled tributary of the Einig
Cuileig River - Lower waterfalls (lower section) - lower water waterfall run. (photos)
Gruinard River - short section near Dundonnell.
Rappach Water - A tributary of the Einig with an excellent slide
River Alladale - Tributary of the Carron.
River Averon - keep heading north and you'll find it! (photos)
River Blackwater - a short trip of drops and rock slides near Ullapool. (photos)
River Carron (East Amat to Layby) - pooldrop Grade 4. (photos)
River Carron - Alladale River to East Amat (Alladale River to East Amat) - Grade 3.
River Carron - Loch Sgamhain to Loch Dughail - exploring in Strathcarron.
River Cassely – Some nice park and huck waterfalls in the far north
River Coilte - a tight, high water run in the Great Glen
River Einig - One of the best and most overlooked class 4 days out in the north
River Fechlin - a fantastic continuous river feeding Loch Ness. (photos)
River Grudie - a grade 4 boulder blast for when everything is really high.
River Inver - a great gorge hidden in the north. (photos)
River Kirkaig - a hike up for a good gorge, or make it an expedition to Suilven.
River Ling - A walk in to a grade four gorge with one dodgy looking fall
River Loyne - dam release Moriston tributary.
River Meig - Gorge (Lower Section below dam) - a tight and twisting gorge, doable when everything else is empty. (photos)
River Meig - Upper Section above Dam (Upper Section above dam) - a Scottish state secret! (photos)
River Meig - Upper upper section A remote paddle in Strath Conon
River Morar - short trip to the sea. (photos)
River Moriston - Upper Section - 500 m of amazing pool drop grade 4 (photos)
River Oykel – Too high everywhere else in the North? You can still come here
River Runie - short trip near Strath Canaird.
River Shin - The Falls of Shin and more secrets of the far north. (photos)
Thurso River - paddling on the far north coast!
Ullapool River - for when you get spate conditions up in the northwest... (photos)
Upper Affric - A short section in a stunning remote location

Abhainn an Fhasaigh - An excellent adventure paddle to the middle of nowhere with an expedition feel
River Affric - Scary Norwegian style grade 5 in one of Scotland’s most famous glens
River Conan - an awesome river which can only rarely be run... (photos)
River Cuileig (Lower Gorge) - another committing section of hard whitewater in an inescapable gorge
River Cuileig (Upper) - a committing box canyon run in a spectacular gorge
River Farigaig - another hard Great Glen river! (photos)
