Hi Simon
I competed at a slalom there many years ago and all I can remember is that it is a shallow slope wier of about 2 meters high and the route we used down it was river left tight up against the bank where there is a bit of a shoot. The lock is on river right.
It was many years ago so sorry if the details are a bit sketchy.
