Had a great day today on medium levels and fantastic sunshine. No other groups up there. Didn't pay for the canoe pass, but paid £2 for the car park at high force. 17 boaters from Nottingham smiling it was worth £2.

It's in the guide but worth highlighting .... We've had a few nasty swims below Horseshoe Fall, the small rather simple looking drop above Low Force. If you get the line right it's a breeze, get it wrong and it can be very retentive even at the low levels that have been keeping this section as an option in the very dry conditions we've had over the last several months.

Kingston Kayak Club have posted a couple of video on YouTube.
Using all those hours worth of footage, we've tried to make some useful River Guide videos. Very much a work in progress, but thought someone may find them useful.
