Don't tell everyone, they'll all want to come and play! Adur Canoe Club have been monopolising this wave on Tuesday evenings and Sunday mornings for years. The best moving water on the south-east coast!

I believe the Rother has the best moving water in the South East?

Admitadly some of its man made but definatley more to offer than Low water at the Adur!!!

Ah, but it doesn't have the same character as the Adur, or anywhere near the amount of chippies!

ahhh but none of you know about the secret feature some people at Cuckmere Valley Canoe club use after there has been enough rain...better than Adur's small play wave ;)

Yo, has anyone paddled the section above Ashington? I keep driving past nepp castle and the weir under the bridge looks good! are there any angry farmers?
