Typhoon Drysuit Sizing

Post by Hutcho »

Hi Folks. I'm looking at getting a Typhoon Drysuit, and my measurements are on the cusp of "Large Medium" and "Large" (5'11" with a 42" chest). The Large Medium should fit, but is it better to go up a size with these, or are they a fairly generous fit?

TIA,

Hutcho

Same height, slightly narrower chest, I ordered ML and wish I’d just done M. Legs are quite long on me.

Thanks NTR - i'm fairly long in the inside leg (33"), so ML will probably be fine.

Hi Hutcho
I`m 5`9 with a 41" chest and the M still gives me room. inside leg 30" and have room left in the trouser to bend down . I purchased the SK. after trying one on
Hope this helps a bit more

Richard

Thanks Richard - im thinking now that it might be best if I try one on before buying.

Yes good idea. I was all geared up to buy the size MB until the owner of the shop said you look the same size as me , I suggest the M.

Most supplies will price match what is offered online so it is worth asking, and you get more personal advise and help thrown in.

Happy shopping :)
