I’m looking for a PH Delphin or similar

Post by Cork » Sat May 12, 2018 7:47 pm

Hi,

I’m looking to buy a PH Delphin or similar to fit a 200lb 5’ 9” novice chubster

I’m in East Sussex on 07593 358384 and can travel to see/collect.

Looking forward to your replies.

Myles

Delphin 155 core-lite X. Mk2
A fine example of a well-cared for, Delphin Mk2 Core-lite X kayak.
This kayak was purchased from AS Watersports in the summer of 2016 and was in the second batch of Mk2’s from the new mould. Core-lite X plastic which is stiffer and lighter, now with the sort after day hatch and the skeg slider moved higher on the fore deck.
Hatch covers like new. No repairs or leaks to boat. No oil canning.
Optional Factory fitted Yakima foot rests. Good and solid.
Connect 30 seat like new. Covers over the ratchet system, which does a 2 fold benefit. Stops the ratchet release from operating when knocked and certainly for me, stopped me lacerating the outsides of shins when entering and exiting the boat in shorts. Covers in no way hinder the operation of the ratchets.
Boat is in great condition, some normal scratches on bottom and sides.
Then boat has been designed for easy install of Flat Earth Sails which I took full advantage of. The clam cleats are already installed on the boat. (Sail NOT included)
Skeg works well.
It has been stored correctly in the garage since new. See photo.
Only selling it due to new boat.
Original manual and Bill of sale for the boat. £950

I am now the very chuffed owner of the kayak above.

Thank you both so much for the great, well cared for boat and a truly wonderful and instructive day!
