or Ocean Prowler 13
I live on the south coast in West Sussex and am new to kayaking. I am looking for a kayak for fishing and recreation and like the look of these three. Have also seen the Perception Triumph 13 at my local shop.
The Tootega Kinetic 100 is only 3 metres so is more convenient to transport etc but the Prowler 13 looks excellent and the Moken 12 has very good reviews.
Any advice or experience of these very welcome.
Peter

what did you decide?
I have the Kinetic and wouldn't describe it as a fishing kayaking per se

I had the Triumph 13 and think it is a great solid boat for the money. I wouldn't waist money on the angler version, instead I would adapt the standard boat to how you want it.
I particularly noticed how dry it was compared with other peoples boats. Stable platform and had a very comfy seat. I had a rudder on mine but rarely used it.
I liked the pace of the Triumph 13 to get me back to shore when the tide got running. Might not get that with a shorter yak.
