Trees down on Lower Tryweryn?

Post by mdbooth » Mon Aug 03, 2015 2:42 pm

I've heard a rumour that there are currently some trees down on the Lower Tryweryn (as of 3rd August 2015). Thinking of leading some intermediates there, and wondering if anybody can confirm. If so, can you describe where they are? I was there a few weeks ago and didn't notice anything out of the ordinary.

Yesterday there was one tree down approx half way. At a point where you can choose a path to the left or right of what appears to be an island the tree is accross the left path. On saturday when the river was higher it was possible to get over the tree but not Sunday when only the right hand route was passable.

Thanks, that's in line with what I'd heard. I'll keep an extra careful lookout.
