Brittany Kayak Festival

Post by AlisonBristol » Thu Jul 11, 2013 10:36 am

Hi - does anyone have room for me and and one large bag going over to Brittany (one way only) to arrive at the Festival by Saturday afternoon. My kit, kayak will be over there already as my partner is going ahead for some climbing in the alps beforehand and meeting me.
I can get myself to a ferry if you aren't anywhere near Bristol where I'm based. There is a very small possibility that the NEW!! kayak I am ordering might arrive in time in which case roof space would also be fab but it is unlikely. Will contribute to costs of course.

My car is already full, but you could try Richard Uren of this parish http://www.seacornwall.com/. I guess he'd go via Plymouth and Roscoff.

Alternatively, several people have gone from Portsmouth canoe club in previous years so it might be worth giving them a shout.

Good luck

Firstly, welcome to the festival!

If you haven't other solution, i could help you to arrive in the festival from Roscoff.
