Val Sesia River Festival

Post by chrissloan »

I'm planning on driving down for the festival and have the week 18-26 booked off work. So far there are only 2 of us in the car so if anyone is interested in sharing a lift let me know. It's a large estate with plenty of space for people and boats and we're leaving from Brighton. We're also hoping to meet some other paddlers to share shuttles with, but I assume this wont be a problem at the festival.

Hiya Chris, I'd be interested in going down Italy in May for the festival. What you looking to do down there? The races aswell as river running? Also when you looking to leave, Friday night?

Am in South Wales, so would drive across to you.

Cheers

We'll probably be driving down overnight on the Friday night. I'm not planning on competing in the races, I'd rather run rivers at my own pace. I'm sure there will be plenty of people around to share shuttles with if you're planning to compete though.
