Does anyone know what the USk levals are doing at the moment, was planning a trip Friday this week

Yesterday we looked and decided was too low for us.
Metcheck says that this week is going to be crisp and dry.

Paddled it today and it was pretty low. I wouldn't have bothered, but it was a work trip, so I'm not in any real position to complain...
