'My First Trip Round the 'Stacks' (Anglesey)

Post by RichJ » Mon Jul 16, 2018 3:18 pm

This lovely and well written article by my good friend evokes so many emotions! I have been lucky to paddle many wonderful places but the 'Stacks' is stunningly beautiful and I have many memories of friends and fun times around this place. Even if it has cost me some adrenaline!

Selfishly, I was so 'chuffed' to be able to join this group for the trip.. I have had some amazing paddling days with Lynn, Pen and Amy but I secretly wanted the 'honour' to join the group for Pen's inaugural journey around the 'Stacks'. It was a lovely, beautiful day. Enjoy Pen's article and Amy's stunning artwork.

Lovely article. Short, sharp, very sweet and beautifully written. The Stacks is indeed a very special place to paddle.
