I was a little surprised when I broke the strap on my Sweet Strutter helmet. I was also slightly dis-chuffed to find the receipt showed it was out of warranty too (of course it had to be).

But those very nice people at Whitewater The Canoe Centre got together with those other nice people at Sweet Protection to send me a nice new helmet all the same.

All very nice and hassle free - excellent customer service.

I'm in the fortunate position of them being local.service and advice has always been exemplary
