Suggestions of a club sea kayaking trip with a provider!

Post by scottdog007 » Sat Jun 03, 2017 7:09 am

In my club I resently posted a video of a sea trip I did and now club members are asking me if I can organise one or two days sea kayaking for them

Are there any suggestions of a provider that can run this for us? They will have to supply boats and kit. I am thinking an introduction to sea kayaking at one of the coastal areas. We are in Watford so north west of London.

You could try Nomad Sea Kayaking in Essex, otherwise one of the usual providers in the South West.

Alternatively, sign up with clubs such as PDCC, NFKCC, PHCC, IOPCC on the South Coast.

Hi Peter,

We can run a couple of days introduction to sea kayaking for over here in Pembrokeshire. Drop us an email to info@mayberrykayaking.co.uk with some dates and we'll have a look for you.

http://www.fluidadventures.co.uk/ - Fluid Adventures are based near Chichester on the south coast and have a fleet of sea kayaks and a fully qualified coach.

Not sure on pricing though, but worth a call.

If you were contemplating a trip all the way over to Wales, you couldn't do much better than talking to Phil Clegg at Sea Kayaking Anglesey.
Camping, bunkhouse or slighly more plush (but still excellent value) accommodation available on site at Anglesey Outdoors, and you have the Paddlers Return for a bite to eat and a pint in the evening.
