Valley?
Sort of frustrating really, I have always sung the praises of VCP. Having owned a total of five of their sea kayaks. I sent them a mail three weeks ago, simple question, yes it had been read, and they couldn't be arsed to reply. Thanks VCP

Re: Valley?
They're known to be a bit non-responsive to email I'm afraid. A phone call generally gets results.

Re: Valley?
It is a bit poor really, when they sell their products throughout the world not every customer is going to be in a position to phone them up but they will be able to send an email.
If they have the ability to read the email they should have the decency to reply to it. No excuse.
Come on Valley, don't let the side down!
Rog.

Re: Valley?
I e-mailed them about 3/4 years ago with a short query, still waiting on their reply!
The question is why do we accept this and in some cases continue to stick up for them.

Re: Valley?
Had a somewhat similar experience with them recently: I contacted them via their Facebook page first and surprisingly got a reply within a few hours. Was told to contact their sales team with my particular inquiry and was given an email address to contact. Have sent at least three emails to said address over the course of a couple of weeks, unfortunatey with no replies whatsoever....Love their boats but CS does not seem to be their strong point.
Re: Valley?
When I had to contact them by email (about 5 years ago) they responded promptly (& repaired my boat without charge even though I had damaged it)

Re: Valley?
Phoned them yesterday to ask something, got great customer service and the bloke I talked to even sent out, free of charge, the bit that I needed. Can't speak too highly of them, very impressed.

Re: Valley?
I have always found then very helpful on the phone and in person however it is the 21st Century and they should be able to respond to emails with the same level of service, other kayak manufacturers do...
It's not like it's difficult !!
