I wonder if it is from the same ship on a second voyage given the time delay between the two incidents. Seems more than coincidental that there have not been any major previous incidents in this locality and then two in such a short space of time.

38 degrees have a petition going to try to get MPs do act on this. 21000 signatures and counting.
