World Adaptive Surfing Championships

Post by Just_Surf » Sat Oct 22, 2016 4:57 pm

Just to let you know that I've been selected by Surfing GB to represent Great Britain in the World Adaptive Surfing Championships, seated category. I'm just waiting to find out if the International Surfing Association will allow me to compete in my kayak, as the seated category is supposed to be for disabled surfers on waveskis, but I figure I'm still sat down (and meet the disabled criteria too!), so what's the problem? Anyhow, fingers crossed they give me the thumbs up, then I'll be off to surf La Jolla from December the 8th to the 11th!
