Okay, I've been talked into doing a fish cooking film by a few people on a few boards. Against logic I have done one. I's almost ten minutes long I'm afraid so i doubt many people at all will watch it right through but I will say that if you do and you follow what I do you WILL enjoy a very nice plate of whiting afterwards. Recipes both almost from Rick Stein's Far eastern Odyssey, a superb book.
