I thought the rocker always had a carbon and abs shell?

Think the old one just had abs forming the lower part of the helmet then the carbon made the dome on top, whereas the new ones plastic overlays the carbon dome as well.

15 years ago I competed in mtb race and in order to conform with the rules I had to wear a helmet.
Not owning a bike helmet and being a tight arse I wore my pro-tec kayak helmet (you know the type, we've all had one).
