Coaching

Post by just » Sat Sep 10, 2011 8:37 am

I now own a perception whip it & want to learn the capsize/roll method. Is there anybody out there in worcester willing to give some hints/tips on how to do this as I would like to learn this method asap. I can go out to aztecwatersportson the lakein a safe environment to learn this before I take it out on the real waters!.At the moment,i'm using the inflatble on the river until I know the capsize/roll method. Either contact me here or on 07783551226.

Often local canoe clubs run session in swimming pools durring the winter months. Your local club would be Worcester. The link you need is http://www.worcestercanoeclub.org.uk/ and the chair man is Stuart West. At clubs often other memebers will go out paddling locally and give you advise or helpful pointers and provide another means of access and info. In addition there will be coaches locally in your area that may run session on rivers if this is where you want to perfect your role.
