Ness Glen : Photography

Post by OldTimer »

Hi
I need to take some photographs of Ness Glen, East Ayrshire (along with Loch Doon) for the local Tourist Guide and I think featuring kayaking taking place on the river would make for some great shots.
If there is anyone who lives in the area / paddles the river regularly and would like to feature / pose or if a group are planning on running it over the next week or so, please could you PM me or call / text my mobile. Not sure how much water this river needs - I'm led to believe it runs most of the year - although I guess it could be quite low at the moment. Happy to get some feed back re this.
I'll be in the area for most of next week / next weekend.
Many thanks
Paul

From recent threads about it I get the impression it's runnable on the daily compensation release, so not such an outrageous thought.... :-)

Yep Hogboy or Nasty Nick (both on here), I'm about 2000km away just now so it might be a bit far for the Ness Glen ;)
