So I'm thinking the reference to milk means it is the Dudh Kosi, otherwise Upper Seti.

Hurrah!

Yes, it's the Dudh Kosi between Namche and Ghat. The drop is (apparently) known as "no brainer" and is visible from the Everest Base Camp trail (which is why I thought it'd be fairly easy to guess).

The photo is of Sammy Robinson in 2004.

Over to you Patrick!

Currently in Nepalia with only a phone and WiFi. Will post something on my return (it will probably be topical). Someone else feel free to go next.

Ah, did you delete all the crap in the location URL after the .jpg? Facebook does things weirdly, you need to include all that crap too.
Personally I hate facebook for image hosting for this sort of thing so tend to just stick the image on imgur before posting it to forums and the like. Just seems to save hassle in the long run.

I'm going to guess BC / Alaska? What with all the pine trees and that.

Not the Stikine, so I only know one other off the top of my head - Alsek?

Ah… nice BC Skeena-ry, but I'm gonna say Sustut as it looks smaller and steeper.

Not Clendenning, Stein or Dean. I'm going with the Clore River.

Bit worried this is turning into USRGB, well N.A.UGB.
We need some more UK centric ones!

Now who's sulking because he couldn't name his "local" river?

Good nerd work Dave, but I'm afraid that doesn't wash with us over in Blighty. That's a short hop for you North American types. Equivalent to us nipping to the Etive from the Coe..!

That picture looks cool anyhoo. Like a mini Maruia Falls.
