Intermediate Whitewater Course wanted

Post by paddledragger »

Having looked through the plethora of coaching providers out there for an Intermediate course, I'm now more confused than ever, so am looking for reccomendations from the guidebook folk !

Looking for a weekend course, to include some moving water roll tuition/practice and class 2/3 river skills. Can travel and have all our own kit.

Any suggestions ?

Find someone with a good reputation near you, contact them and say you want to do x, y and z, what can they do for you?

North West = easy access to North Wales.

If there isn't a course with a date to suit you advertised, give us a call and we'll see what we can do!

(sorry for the blatant plug)

Ta very much, will have a look at that.

As for the blatant plug!!! Very much what we need-getting dry eyes and headaches from looking at too many websites!!! More used to getting them from spending too much time upside down and a screwed up skull cap digging in my head-under the helmet I hasten to add!!!

Cheers

That's what you call a recommendation!!!!! I have been down that road so many times myself!!!! So nearly quit on several occasions-no really-loads of times!!! I have threatened to put my entire kit on ebay so many times, if you saw the state of my helmet u'd understand why :-) surprised my head is still on!

Thanks for the recommendation. Great food for thought!

If you fancy the Lakes instead of N. Wales then I could certainly do something for you. This could be on a one to one or as a group.
I have some availability at weekends after Christmas, although they wont stay free much longer as I am putting together the list of post Christmas courses at the minute.
Perhaps could do a day or two over the Christmas period. Would be good to get out and burn off some of the excess food.
Check out the website to get more of an idea about me.
Drop me a line or call for a chat
Sean
