striker 3D comic strip kayaking

Post by waverley610 »

Does anybody follow Eric Openshaw & the Warbury Warriors in The Sun's comic strip "Striker"? http://striker3d.net

Worth a gander as today the team are out kayaking, and for some reason they are all holding their paddles backwards!
Well they are all premiership footballers I suppose.

"Nick comes up with a splashing idea for a team bonding exercise but cocky Eric ends up more than wet behind the ears!"

Ugh! I made the mistake of clicking on the 'Warbury Babes' link.

If you hadn't pointed that out, I wouldn't have done it, and now wish I hadn't...

Can somebody scan the strip and post it?

I just noticed that the 'coach' is holding his paddle with one hand upside down while saying
..this isn't about racing each other or going as fast as you can - the first thing you need to do is to paddle with the correct technique. Have any of you done this before?
I hope the Warbury babes turn up tomorrow.
