Shorts with liner

Post by Jakob » Tue Jul 30, 2019 8:02 pm

I'm looking for some shorts for playboating.

Have seen quite a few people wearing Sweet Shambalas. IR neoprene lined guide shorts also look promising and Palm seem to offer a pair called horizon with fleece lining.

Has anybody seen these in person or tried them and can recommend one above the others?

The neoprene lined Sweet shorts have treated me kindly and lasted really well...so well in fact that my belly no longer fits in them. Athletic fit, not fat dad fit.

Have now tried the Sweet Shambalas and Palm Horizon. Shambalas do cover the knees better but are less comfy on my hips. The palm ones were on sale so I got me a pair of those.

I'll be at my second home in the us next month and order the IR ones as well.
