Hi
I'm based in France and use www.rdbrmc.com for water levels, easy to navigate and up to the minute for most french rivers, there's also www.eauxvives.org for river guides (english version by clicking on the top right hand union flag). Hope that helps!

There's some (not very well calibrated) levels here: https://www.rivermap.ch/map.html#sprach ... ng=6.54876

They'll be using the same dataset as ml1850 suggested, it just gives a bit of extra info in the form of whether the observed level is low/medium/high.

Easier to browse on a desktop than a mobile.

Think RiverApp should have this data too.
