I thought that was an airbag near the beginning, I spent the rest of the vid waiting to see some poor sod holding onto the crash barriers!!

Thank you. That's the longest version of that I've seen, gives a nice view down to where the falls hits the river below. Not the smartest of decisions to drive along the river, and not the best of road engineering either. Thankfully for all involved that they were travelling "downstream", probably the only reason why they had any margin of error at all.
