WhiteWater Massif Central Guidebook

Post by boosh »

Hello

I don't suppose anyone has any news on whether the WhiteWater Massif Central Guidebook is going to be updated this year.
I heard rumors that it was in progress and wondered whether it would be out by May (when I travel over there)

Amazon are charging a rather high fee (£91!?!?!?) for the current version so was going to wait :)

Thanks for any help you can give.
Pete

Check Song of the Paddle forum - Slime has a consultation thread running about a new name for the guide (to reflect that it is less extreme than the other WW europe guides), I'm sure he must have mentioned when it goes to print...

As Adrian says, and I quote from Slime himself about 4 weeks back; "We are aiming at an April publication". Once he makes up his mind what to call it ;)

or if you're looking for harder runs:

(Somehow used copies are more expensive than new!)
This also has an updated edition (although you'd have to check that it is still in English as well as French)

Hi Folk,

It's likely to be May as we are trying to do a really good job. So maybe one of those rare first edition is good value?
