Anything here fit the bill?

Guess the problem is that most grade 2/3 sections tend to be reasonably long, therefore not really feasible to walk up for another go. I suppose you could find a river with a suitable take-out half way down and get out and walk the shuttle for a shorter section of it?

If you want to practice over a short section of grade 2/3 i have seen groups use the last few rapids of the upper before the get out at Newbridge. Its only short but easily session'able with a path on the bank.

The bottom of the East Lyn. From the end of the gorge to the sea. That's a good little section that fits the grade and is walkable.

the really nice Grade 2 section of the Walkham from grenofen bridge to the slot drop can easily be hiked back up. its about 2km with an easy track on river right.

alternatively, Denham bridge get out from the Tavy is about 3-4km (with a big hill) in a straight line from Grenofen bridge. Its not the usual put in walkham put in but you arent missing much and there is a big car park.
