Everest/Burn 3 Xl what's the difference?

Post by Mr Hoppy »

OK, I've been a away a while and I need a river boat. I was thinking of a burn 3 Xl but have found a good price on an Everest, I can't see there's a lot of difference. The most of the changes between the mk2 and 3 burns where what the Everest had anyway, so is the mk3 worth an extra £150?

I used an Everest for many years, but times move on and I moved brands. I still use the Everest now and then. Last month I tried the Mk3 Burn, what I found shocked me, sure its a fine boat - but I will accept that the Everest can do all that the mk3 can do. Different outfitting and for me the Everest is an old friend, teh Mk3 needing more time to bed in. I just got another Karnali and I love it.
