Wow! "you should always get permission from the owner of the river bed (usually the owner of the riverbank) before you access the river
permission to launch on a particular section doesn’t entitle boaters to pass over the bed of the river belonging to other owners downstream or upstream"

They thank the BCU and WCA for providing information, I hope they didn't provide this...
