Trouble with the shuttles is that they usually use those little box trailers which won’t take a canoe. If you are lucky, they will bring a proper canoe trailer but then you need to wait another hour or so. Not a service I'm necessarily interested in buying.

indeed I agree it could be that they are a complete flop, dependent on how they are managed.

But then if I'm not happy with the service then I'd start just paying for parking and not for the shuttle.

On Canoe Wales FB page.
ACCESS and OUTDOOR RECREATION GREEN PAPER........
Canoe Wales seeks volunteers to sit on an access forum to assist in the task of informing the Welsh Government Green Paper. All enquiries please to nigel.midgley@canoewales.com

I know a few people who would be good for this committee. Pam Bell, Ashley Charlwood and Richard Harvey. They have knowledge of the access situation in Wales and would make ideal volunteers......

What happens if the shuttle turns up at there is 50 people waiting to a lift up. Will they keep going till they are taken up?

If you've paid for a shuttle, you've paid for a shuttle; they need to provide it.

I've already commented on FB about trailers large enough for canoes and been advised to contact the centre on the day. If I'm there with a group of canoeists, we'd need to know they can deal with it or make our own arrangements for a discount.
