After 3 years of heavy uni use my Son's Big Dog Force seat cracked Emailed Big Dog, new seat arrived today no charge! fantastic customer service, thanks Jason.

I'll second that. I've had replacement grab handles and drain bung - fully expected to pay but 'no charge' not even for postage!

Iv also had a good experience with them. Rang them regarding getting a replacement footplate and sent me one out free of charge.
