Wasa-Wasa by Harry Macfie & Hans G. Westerlund. Published in 1934 but mostly about events prior to 1914. It's not just canoeing however canoeing is a major part of it.

Just got a copy of the "Wizzard Dee" - bits I have skim read make me feel I'm going to enjoy reading this for strange reasons - the language and the attitude.

It's an account of a paddle from Bala to the sea in the in a PVK kayak.

I have written a book ("Searching for the Finmen") with lots about the history of the kayak, primarily in relation to development and use of the kayak by the Inuit and the probability that a group of Inuit made it across the North Atlantic 300 years ago. The bibliography lists a number of books and papers which might be of interest. Some of these are in your list, but others are as follows:

Adney and Chapelle, The bark canoes and skin boats of North America, 1964
Brand. J., Little Kayak Book Parts I, II and III, John Brand, Colchester, 1984-88
Debenham, F., The Eskimo Kayak, Polar Record 1 (7), 1934
Heath, J., The Phantom Kayakers, Sea Kayaker Magazine, Vol. 4, Summer 1987
Innes-Lillingston, F.G., Land of the White Bear, 1876
MacGahan, J. A., Under the Northern Lights, 1876
MacRitchie, D., The Aberdeen Kayak and its Congeners, 1912
Nansen, F., Eskimo Life, 1893
Nooter, G., Old kayaks in the Netherlands, 1971
Riis Carstensen, A., Two Summers in Greenland, 1890
Sorge, E., With ‘Plane, Boat and Camera in Greenland, 1935
Souter W. Clark, The Story of our Kayak and some Others, 1934
Whitaker, I., The Scottish Kayaks Reconsidered, 1977
Wright and Upham, Greenland Icefields, 1896

Others not referred to in my book include:
Chaman, Watkin's Last Expedition, 1934
Hutton, By Eskimo Dog-sled and Kayak, 1930

In Noel McNaught's earlier "The Canoeing Manual" (1956) he also lists:

P.W.Blandford, Canoeing Today, 1946
A.R.Ellis, Canoeing for Beginners, 1936
A.R.Ellis & C.G.Beams, How to Build & Manage a Canoe, 1949
M.Govan, The Trail of the Red Canoe, 1954
R.Neville, Survey by Starlight, 1949 [wartime missions]
B.Pain, In a Canadian Canoe, 1891
R.E.Pinkerton, The Canoe, it selection and use, 1928
P.Pulling, Principles of Canoeing, 1954
F.Winkel, Rough Water Canoeing, 1938

Various others (mostly US) come up if you search for CANOE in Project Gutenburg...
