bit of advice pls

evening all...ive just purchased a second hand kayak for an introduction to the lochs of the highlands (i live at the head of loch fyne) however i thought before i start i need some tuition...does anyone know where i could enquire for tuition in the inverary area??

"We need to know numbers for the food so if you can reply to Shane at Shane.Rodwell@sams.ac.uk saying that you are coming. The curry will cost £12 a head and you bring your own drinks although we will have tea and coffee available." Your are more than welcome to come along.
