Got this reply from the EA when I contacted them about a tree dam on the Aman Gwili & thought it may be of use to others:

Thank you for your enquiry.

Since 1 April 2013 the functions carried out by the Environment Agency in Wales have been taken over by a new body called Natural Resources Wales (NRW).

Please send your enquiry to Natural Resources Wales at:

enquiries@naturalresourceswales.gov.uk
or
NRW Customer Services Centre,
29 Newport Rd
Cardiff
CF24 0TP

NRW will deal with your enquiry. If you have any further queries you can contact NRW on 0300 065 3000; (www.naturalresourceswales.gov.uk or please call the Incident hotline on 0800 807060.

I trust you will find this helpful.

Kind Regards
