Hazard on the West Dart

Post by Mark Dixon » Tue Oct 27, 2015 6:37 pm

Someone has built a wooden Bridge across the river about halfway between the West Dart Guage and Hexworthy Bridge, we paddled it low today so ducked under, at usual spate levels this could become a serious hazard, please beware.

Is it low enough to get washed away?

This dangerous hazard is still there. I spoke to Tom Stratton, the Duchy Manager a couple of weeks ago and he said he has instructed the tenant to remove it. I will get back to him to let him know it is still there.
