Tree on Troutbeck

Post by Willazone » Thu Dec 27, 2012 9:49 pm

paddled troutbeck today and There is a tree down in the final gorge near the end. Right at end of 1st rapid a tree has been blown over and in from the right bank
Blocking the entire river. Best to inspect from right bank from top of rapid to make your own call.

Safe paddling

We removed this tree today so now all clear again. Great high water flush :)

Wish we'd removed it before our descent !!! although all made it past OK with extreme slalom techniques.
