The SCA's annual Festival of Paddlesport is gearing up for a fantastic weekend at the Dewars Centre, Perth.
It's all FREE ENTRY and unticketed (except the ceilidh - £8), so feel free to just pop in and see what's going on.
We have a full programme of talks and workshops from speakers such as Justine Curgenven, Patrick Winterton and Callum Strong, and covering a wide range of topics including packrafting, coracles and first aid.
The main hall will welcome a total of 31 exhibitors, as well as provide opportunities for hands-on involvement with indoor kayak racing and kayak fishing workshops.
The pool gives you a chance to jump in, with Come and Try sessions, as well as our unique Paddles-up Slalom challenge - test your skills and race against the clock! Don't forget to bring swimwear (unless of course you're planning on buying some new paddling clothes).
Check out the full details at http://www.scapaddleshow.org - we'll be kicking the weekend off with a relaxed film screening on Friday afternoon and the first fast-paced set of canoe polo matches.
See you there!
Please note that parking may be busy - Perth Park and Ride is just a short distance away and operates on Saturdays.
