Cost: £75 Non-residential. Price includes a copy of the DVD "Simplifying the Roll With Helen Wilson".

Description: Join Helen Wilson and Mark Tozer for Simplifying the Roll. This class is for those working on a beginning roll, an other-side roll or cleaning up an existing roll. The class will move through a steady progression of on-land exercises, in-water exercises and in-kayak exercises and will include techniques such as the Balance Brace, the Standard Roll and/or the Butterfly Roll. The techniques examined can be used with any type of paddle and any type of kayak. Participants will receive individualised coaching during the class, and a personalised action plan at the end.

Duration: The class will be 2-3 hours in duration and will be occur in a sheltered water setting. We plan to schedule one AM and one PM session. Please specify your preference when booking.

Prerequisites: Ideal for beginner / intermediate paddlers wishing to improve their skills base. Full immersion gear is required plus own boat and paddle. No need to be a Greenland kayaker but we hope to have paddles available for participants to try.
