Hi all - I've taken part in a couple of the Paddle UK White Water Safety courses ("foundational" and Advanced), and I'm interested by the Rescue 3 courses.
Was wondering if anyone had any insight to them - if it's made them a better paddler (reading the river - much like the Paddle UK ones are moving towards avoidance!), as well as equipped with better and different skills!
Thanks!
