Free to a good home: fibreglass boats

Post by RaeRae » Mon Feb 20, 2012 12:40 pm

We are having a clearout of an old container and have the following fibreglass boats up for grabs.

they are all free to a good home as long as they are collected from us before the 14th March.

We can add photo's if there is any interest but that's quite hard to do off our work computers.
I can't guarentee the state or waterproofness of any of them but they appear ok.

We have 6 or 7 rounded polo/pool boats
5 boats that look a little more like slalon craft
2 river touring boats with skegs
1 sea kayak.

I wandered whether these would be of any interest for people offering L1 courses as alternative boats to try!!

Cheers
Rae

Hi Guys,

a nice quick responce.

i'm not sure I got over the impression that these boats are really old in the initial message.

I shall go now and take some photos. If you check back in 30min I may have managed to post them.

Oh and we're based just north of Abergavenny!

Could be interested in the polo boats dependent on how their condition is to replace some rather old rather battered ones in the uni club...

Ok a link to the facebook album I've just created as that's the only way I could get the pics up.
