really would love it,
just wish i could afford it.
plus insurance on a van at 18 is damn near impossible

Come on this van is perfect for Kayaking. Theres nothing to go wrong on it. No turbo, no power steering, no electrics!

Parts are dirt cheap, and I bet every scrapyard in Europe has bits.

I'm 18, I have the same van, slightly newer. Insurance is cheaper than anything else at £1000! Thats fully comp as well. Your 1.2-1.4 corsas ect. are more like £1600-2000!
It looks nice, I may put a raised floor in mine now looking at that!

Who's that with I'm paying £750 on a 1.1 106 looking at getting a van September time when I have finished my A levels and start an apprenticeship.

It's with Nova Insurance. I'm a named driver however am down for frequent use of the vehicle. Not ideal as you don't get your own no claims. However First Direct who offer no claims for named drivers don't insure under 21's :( The policy seems pretty good though but am yet to test it!
