When I bought the boat the centre pillar was missing, so another one has been fitted How much padding do folk have under the front of their seats? How high is it set? I am wondering if it should have more padding than it does. Does your bottle fit ok, or was this just designed for the newer boats? ...

Was up there a couple of weeks ago;
Has anyone else noticed those 3 annoying bits of string/line dangling from the bough of the tree just above the drop? Dangling right into the river.

Apparantly put there as an aid to getting your approach right; But who by?

We spent Bastille Day 2005, on the Argentierre slalom course...
climbed up the bank mid-morning and then watched le tour fly right past.
