Re: using a mtb full facer paddling?

I used to race downhill until i had to give up after a bad head injury that cracked my eye socket and displaced my eye and in the time i have gone through most of the well known / re...

Re: Wanted Broken paddles

from experience in making splits i would advise you to start with a whole paddle, look for something like a cheap set of kobers, (similar design to Werner's) then either buy a spigot, or go and buy a mountain bike seat post of the correct diameter, i made my self a set for about 20 quid that way, Al...

the thing i would point out is that one person going round in a hole is one person going round in a hole. Now intorduce 1 swimmer going round and round, 1 boat, one boater, one set of paddles (with suprisingly sharp edges that like to take ears off) and not to mention one very long lenght of rope for...

Thank you for pointing that ut Simon, I would only remove the wood if i had the land owners permission, if not i would put it as high as possible above the flood line and try to arrange it in a stack or a suitable environment for there to be habitation of small animals and not to pose a hazard to ot...

There is a tree on Horeshoe Falls on the Nedd Fechan which I'm sure quite a few people would be happy to see the back of! Removing Tree's from rivers?

Hi all Can anyone tell me rules regarding removing tree's from rivers particularly in devon/ dartmoor and wales? I am booked on a few trips this winter and ive decided if there are pants levels rather than scratching the hell out of my boat i will take a chainsaw for a walk and sort some tree's out....
