The old argument that fish feel pain is true but not in the way that most people perceive.Descriptions of Cats,Dogs & Humans been dragged around with hooks in their mouths to make similar contrasts to fish are fantasy and absurd, if this argument were pitted against knowledgeable opposition with an ...

your reply again confirms that you hold the view that in times of need you do not care for the suffering of animals. At least you acknowledge we are talking about times of need as opossed to day to day life.So......Correct! I would without hesitation set Snares & Deadfall traps which can be left fo...

Not really, you use the word "suffers", it implies that you do not care about how the animal suffers! If you do care that the animal is killed with limited suffering then that is not what you have written. It's true those are my words, but it's also true you have miss interpreted them. It's a given i...

There's usually very little reasoning between those that do and those that don't when discussing a subject like this. The philosophy of life & death of animals whether religous or secular always seems contentious. However there is one powerful force at work which unites all and thats "Human Instinct"....

Hmmm! I'm all for compromising and working towards finding a solution for access, but I wouldn't like to sign this or any other compromise towards angling on paper, purely beacause it would end up We the paddlers doing all the compromising. Which seems the more reasonable? You struggle and compromise y...

Playboating will apply more stress, Creeking will apply stress catastrophically when it does. Have to disagree...it does not have to be "catastrophic". Portaging, scouting, walking in,shuttle running on foot, rescuing, swimming, setting cover, climbing & paddling all make for a good nights sleep. As ment...
