Dave, 3048mm is over 10ft below slab. Guess we wont be doing upper tomorrow then.

With practice you can use a plastic squeegee to work the fabric. Allso, orient the fibres in the cloth so as they lay on the bias at the tightest curves of the project. Watch a surboard shaper laminating, may be some vids on youtube. Its hard to describe but easy to demonstrate. Practice using cheap...

I think theres a 70kg swl for racks. 4 boats may exceed that. Thank god there wasnt a motorcyclist behind.

A couple times this season I needed paddlers for the upper Dart. I just drove to Dartmeet ,asked one of the groups and I was in. (maybe thats why its called Dartmeet). Met some good peeps too.

I swim more in these freezing conditions as the shock makes me snatch at it resulting in a failed roll. I also have a fear of bits of trees being stuck underwater and a branch entering my eye socket. Ouch. I think I need a fullface with a visor

Is there anyone going down from Dartmeet tomorrow, (or any day come to think off it) who is willing to let me tag along. Ive done it twice , last march without too much drama. I dont mind it low and boney :-)

I am using aerosol can polyurethane foam and hundreds of empty mineral water bottles as bouyancy in my sailboat. I tested the cured foam for absorbtion.
