High kneeler outfitting ?
I'm starting to paddle(support stroke) a high kneel c1 and I'm quickly realising that I need to set it up properly but have no idea how to beyond the fact I need a knee block and a plate for my back foot. Any advice on how to set it up and what to make a knee block from?

Re: Throwline length question
Good point that's the main reason for aiming to have two longer lines in the group where possible however still not ideal and its the reason why a longer/ heavier line is the next item on my shopping list. With the aim of being kept in the boat at all times behind the seat with the lighter personal ...

At least one person in the group will be carrying a heavier/longer line for gear recovery etc as well as most if not all carrying lighter/ shorter lines for swimmer rescues.

Re: Throwline length question
Agree about the strength difference however I'm after a line for nothing other than swimmer rescues and not gear recovery so I'm not overly concerned with rope strength

Throwline length question
I'm looking to buy a line for swimmer rescues and want to know is a 10 metre line long enough or do I need a 15 metre line. I'm looking at the palm ten metre rapid or 15 metre bullet. I have also thrown a green slime mini target bag and liked it but have heard the palm bags are easier to re pack esp...
