I did my 4 Star training with you last may and really enjoyed it. What rivers would you be looking at doing?

I think I would quite like a week of coaching just to build my skills up

This is fairly standard behavior for the findhorn, its very Flashy. I have seen it do this on a few occasions and have been lucky enough to be on the middle section (rather than the lower) on the one time it happened while I was on the river

This might not be that helpful as I am recovering from surgery at the moment and not making complete sense due to the painkillers. Fort William evening run suggestions

Hi

I am gona be in ft bill for a fist aid course this weekend, thought i might take the boat, can anyone suggest a short grade 3 ish run I could do with one car on Saturday evening. Unless anyone else is sufficiently bored and wants to head out ?
