Scottish Borders Advice

Wrong forum I know but its the busiest and I just wanted a bit of quick advice. I was going to take a few friends to paddle and play at a spot near us tomorrow (Monday), called Penton, its near the Border Esk, on Liddle water, but I think it might be a bit low.....does anyone have any ideas on play ...

Hey, I am a relatively new paddler, been going about a year or so. I have paddled a few rivers, and have access to a small lake and a pool. In terms of rivers, I've done the Border (esk grade 2-3) about 6 times. Ive paddled at a spot called Penton (grade 3) and I've also paddled the Lune in the lake...

I want to paint the blades on my ainsworths (nylon glassfibre) They are black and disappear pretty quickly when I drop them ^_^ does anyone have any advice on what kind of paint I could use to make them shiny and bright? Ideally Id like to just buy a can of something and spray it on. thoughts please...

hmmm, ive never paddles with robson reds before, have done with the greens, are they similar? site says idea for women and younger paddlers, im 6"1 and 18 stone. i would like to see some pics
